We’ve never been able to pass up a good dessert.

And when it comes to the newly opened Thierry, from maître chocolatier and pâtissier Thierry Busset – one of “the best pastry chefs in the world,” according to Gordon Ramsay – we’re fantasizing about an all-access pass to the eatery’s tempting treats.

The daily vegetarian quiche ($7.55) makes a delicious lunch, but it’s the dessert bar that gets our mouths watering. Croissants and fluffy pastries (from $2.45) melt in our mouths, and the macarons ($12 for 7) come in flavours like caramel, lemon andpistachio. Thierry is also licensed, so we can get cognac with our coffee, too.

We’ll be finding excuses to pass by again and again.
